Twelve Angry Jurors Opens Valentine’s Day at EP High School
An intriguing, plot twisting play will be kicking off the 2014 live theater performance season at the Eden Prairie High School. Twelve Angry Jurors depicts a homicide trial, in which 12 jurors are forced to make a decision about the defendant’s life. The examination goes on throughout the play, with deep character development and a glimpse of the melting pot that America had become in the 1950’s.
At first, the jury finds the person guilty. But as time goes on, they discover new evidence that proves otherwise. This performance is an adaptation of the original script, Twelve Angry Men, which was written by Reginald Rose and directed by Shelley Smith. Curtains will open at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 14th. Bring the whole family, or your Valentine’s Day date, to enjoy this theatrical performance by the Eden Prairie Players at Eden Prairie High School!
Tickets are $10 at the door or you can purchase online now. On Valentine’s Day, there is a special “pay what you can” night! Join others at the Eden Prairie High School Auditorium to watch the Eden Prairie Players’ first performance of the year.
